Lucia Cappellazzi

Lucia Cappellazzi is a visual artist whose practice unfolds across painting, drawing, installation, performance, video and ceramics. Her research investigates themes of care, transformation and resilience through an imagery that interweaves rural memory, agricultural practices, the relationship with the animal world and a symbolic dimension. Through simple gestures and everyday materials, she explores the relationship between body, nature and belonging, bringing autobiographical experience into dialogue with collective reflection. She holds a Bachelor's Degree (Diploma Accademico di I livello) in Painting and Visual Arts from NABA, Milan, where she is currently completing a Master's Degree in Visual Arts and Curatorial Studies. She has taken part in group exhibitions, residencies and artistic collaborations across Milan and other Italian territories. She lives and works between Crema and Milan.
